Relative Velocity Calculator
📘 Explanation
Relative velocity tells us how fast one object is moving with respect to another object. The formula depends on their directions:
Same Direction: vAB = vA − vB
Opposite Direction: vAB = vA + vB
Opposite Direction: vAB = vA + vB
Formula Breakdown
| Symbol | Meaning | Unit |
|---|---|---|
| vₐ | Velocity of A | m/s or km/h |
| v_b | Velocity of B | m/s or km/h |
| v_ab | Relative Velocity of A w.r.t B | m/s or km/h |
