StudySaarthi grants visitors a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to access and use all interactive web calculators, solvers, text utilities, and educational guides solely for:

• Personal academic study, homework verification, and exam preparation.
• Instructional teaching, demonstrations, and classroom lecturing by accredited teachers and tutors.
• General personal productivity, unit conversions, and document processing.

3. Prohibited Activities & Automated Abuse

To protect our server infrastructure and ensure fair, uninterrupted access for all students, users agree NOT to:

• Use automated scripts, web crawlers, headless scrapers, or bot farms to mass-extract content or overwhelm site endpoints.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or tamper with security headers, content security policies, or rate-limiting safeguards.
• Frame, mirror, or repackage StudySaarthi tool interfaces within commercial paid applications without prior written authorization.
• Circumvent or manipulate digital advertising displays served by authorized advertising partners such as Google AdSense.

4. Client-Side Computing & Data Ownership

A defining feature of StudySaarthi is our commitment to user data sovereignty. When you enter numeric inputs, manipulate PDF documents, or resize confidential identity photographs, all processing occurs within your client browser instance.

StudySaarthi does not assert ownership or copyright over any documents, images, text, or equations inputted by users. Because zero user files are uploaded to our servers, you retain 100% intellectual control over your materials.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All original layout designs, visual themes, custom JavaScript algorithmic wrappers, logos, brand elements, and editorial guides published on StudySaarthi are the exclusive intellectual property of StudySaarthi. Mathematical equations and scientific laws themselves belong to the public domain, but our custom software implementations, UI architectures, and pedagogical explanations are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property statutes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The tools and services provided on StudySaarthi are delivered "as is" and "as available". While we commit to ongoing formula audits and maintenance, StudySaarthi disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, uninterrupted server availability, or fitness for high-risk engineering or financial applications.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, specifically pursuant to the Information Technology Act, 2000, and related digital communications statutes. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
